Clausthaler is a non-alcoholic beer whose claim- "Not always, but more and more often"- has become a catch phrase in colloquial German. In this commercial we meet a dog owner who claims that, since he's been drinking Clausthaler, his dog has become much more obedient. The demonstration of this doesn't come off 100%, but just as people don't drink Clausthaler all the time, surely the dog will obey his master's commands, if not all the time, then at least more and more often.
